Downtown Christmas Parade
Saturday December 8th @5:30pm

NO ALCOHOL UNTIL AFTER THE PARADE. THE BARN BAR WILL BE CLOSED UNTIL FLOATS RETURN TO THE BARN

Members, spouses, and up to two children between the ages of 6-14 may ride in this parade. Be sure you sign up for a float. Sheets for signup are at the barn.

Do not come to the barn prior to 3pm as floats will be staging and the float committee can not afford distractions. Absolutely no loading throws during staging. Pre-load your throws on Wednesday December 5th. Absolutely no traffic on D street while floats are staged. This is a major safety concern and should be taken seriously.
Floats will depart the barn for Spring Street at 3:45 pm. If you can’t make it to the barn, you may board the float at spring street. Walkers are always welcome and we need a large numbers of walkers for the downtown parade. Invite a prospective member or some friends to walk beside your float. Please let your float captain know if you have walkers for the parade.

Attire for the downtown parade is red shirt and black pants. Santa Hats are encouraged but no Santa costumes are allowed, male or female.

Do not wear Krewe costumes or hats at Christmas parades
