KREWE OF LAFITTE WILL BE ROLLING 2 FLOATS.

  • The City of Orange Beach holds its Orange Beach Mardi Gras Parade each year at 2 p.m. on Fat Tuesday. In 2025, that day is Tuesday, March 4th. More than 50 units usually take part in the parade. Participating groups include The Krewe of Lafitte,  Orange Beach High School band and cheerleaders, Gulf Shores High School band, Bon Temps Cabrix, Treasures of the Isle, Sirens of the Sea, Order of Disorder, Order of Aurora, Maidens in Pink Stilettos, Mystics of Pleasure, and The Marshals, among many others. For more information, contact Angela Bateman, Event Operations Director, at 251-981-6629 or email abateman@orangebeachal.gov.

ROAD CLOSURE ADVISORY: During the Mardi Gras parades, the City of Orange Beach closes Highway 182 (Perdido Beach Boulevard) within the city limits of Orange Beach, Alabama to vehicular traffic on Saturday from as early as 4:00 P.M. until as late as 7:30 P.M. and again on Tuesday from as early as 1:00 P.M. until as late as 4:00 P.M. Typically, the Orange Beach Police Department keeps the roads open for as long as possible before the parade starts. For further information, call City Hall at 251-981-6979.
